Shipping Policy

Shipping of Our Products

All MINDED products are safely shipped from our warehouse in France using tracked shipping methods. We offer free shipping on orders over €65 with no promotional code required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on the destination.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address. We cannot reroute parcels, offer pick-up points, or refund orders shipped to hotels or other temporary addresses.

Order cancellations or modifications are not possible once an order has been confirmed.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing. Please note that during high-demand periods (peak season / Grand Prix F1), this processing time may be extended to 5 to 7 business days for order preparation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Shipments are made only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Returning an Order or Item

Would you like to return an order or an item? The following conditions must be met:

  • The items must be unopened. For health and hygiene reasons, items with a broken seal after delivery cannot be returned. If an item is received in poor condition, please contact our customer service at sav@drinkminded.com.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order or item.

How to return an item

  • Contact our customer service at sav@drinkiminded.com, providing your order number, reason for return, and the relevant products.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and confirm its acceptance.
  • Include all items to be returned in the parcel. Please ensure they are securely packaged so they arrive in good condition.
  • Please send your return via registered mail with proof of delivery; this is required for processing your return. Please note that MINDED does not cover return shipping costs and does not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
  • Keep your proof of shipment and send us a copy by email.

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order or an item without providing any reason, provided the return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order. An item that has been used or opened by you cannot be returned. The item should, where possible, remain in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If the above return conditions are met, we will refund the amount paid for the order or item within 14 days from the date we receive the returned parcel. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

As a consumer, you are liable for any reduction in value of the items resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In such cases, we may deduct this depreciation from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned order. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless you agree to a different method.
